Dante and Lulu were thrilled when Olivia showed up at their apartment. She fussed over Rocco and told them her new baby was named Leonardo. Dante wondered where his new baby brother was. Olivia changed the subject and started asking about Julian and whether or not he was still in the mob. Dante replied that no one knew for sure. Dante then told Olivia about the latest mob violence and she replied by asking if she should bring baby Leonardo to town.

At Julian’s penthouse, Alexis caught Julian having an angry conversation over the phone. Once he got off the line, he told Alexis about Lucas and Brad calling off the wedding. Julian wanted to tear Brad apart. She was relieved that he wasn’t upset about the latest mob headlines. He replied that he was worried that she still thought he was mixed up with that. She replied that she had faith in him, but that her eyes were still wide open about what he was like. Julian then assured her that he had changed and wouldn't risk losing her again. She believed that so they made out. He then rehashed the death of his and Olivia’s child. Alexis replied that he would have been a great dad. Then, as they discussed how much they loved each other, Olivia showed up.

Jordan showed up at Sonny’s house to see Sonny. They argued about her not following through on his tip and then he accused her of playing games. He then suggested that Julian would have the second hijacker bumped off and that death would be on her. Sonny then suggested that she talk to his lawyer the next time she had questions for him. They then discussed TJ. Sonny insisted that he was only looking out for him because he promised Shawn he would. "You deserve to have a relationship with your son," he then told Jordan.

Jake/Jason slipped a ring on Elizabeth's finger at her place. When he went off to check on the kids, Nikolas called her. He explained that he was keeping an eye on Hayden and that her memories seemed to be gone. Elizabeth wasn't easily convinced and then broke the news about getting engaged. She then warned Nikolas that Michael had hired Sam and Jake/Jason to investigate him. When Jake/Jason returned, Elizabeth got off the phone and told him that Nikolas knew about his investigation. "I don't suppose he told you who I really am?" he replied. Elizabeth then added that Nikolas had Hayden at his place to keep an eye on her. Jake/Jason then promised her that nothing anyone could say would take him away from her and that whatever happened in his past was gone.

Hayden wandered around Wyndemere. When she spotted a vase, she had a vague flashback to smashing one. Then, Nikolas walked in. She recalled breaking a vase, but couldn't remember why. He replied that they were always fighting about something. Hayden then asked about the other woman who was there. He vaguely explained and suggested that she was jealous. Hayden then wonders if he had feelings for her too. Nikolas admitted that he did, but resisted kissing her.

At GH, Lucas was baffled as Brad explained that Rosalie was his wife and that neither of them knew they were both in Port Charles. Lucas wondered if he was being punked or if they had the world's most open marriage. The couple then explained that they met in college, bonded over their mutual interests in disco and comic books and how she helped him come out to everyone but his parents, who pressured them to get married. That sort of made sense to Lucas, but he wondered what she got out of marrying Brad. He didn’t get an explanation so he demanded to know what Brad was hiding because this wasn't adding up. Brad then claimed that he really did love him... but that he couldn’t get a divorce. He and Rosalie had to stay married so they could never be forced to testify against each other.

Maxie and Carly returned to Carly’s place after a shopping spree for Carly’s wedding and honeymoon. Valerie walked in on them and apologized for intruding. She then informed Carly that Bobbie told her to crash here and thought Carly knew. Carly didn’t, but told her that it was no trouble and that she had plenty of space. Then, Carly headed out, but Maxie stayed behind to work on picking Carly’s jewelry out for the ceremony. Valerie helped her and the two grew closer as they discussed losing family members who they were close to. They then decided to become friends, which Maxie felt Lulu would be happy about.

At GH, Brad explained to Lucas that he and Rosalie had to stay married so that they didn’t have to testify against one another in court. Brad couldn’t explain what was going on and Rosalie added that if they told him then Lucas would be legally bound to report what he knew and testify. Brad also warned him that the information could put Lucas in danger. Brad then begged Lucas to tell him that it wasn’t over between them. Lucas then admitted that he still loved him and they kissed. Lucas then agreed to keep their secret… for now, but said they had to work on getting Brad out from under it so they could be married.

Dillon arrived at Lulu and Dante’s apartment since she forgot they were meeting on The Haunted Star. After going over some contracts the two discussed their past and both their futures. Lulu pushed him to start getting serious with Valerie, but Dillon said he wasn’t in a rush. Lulu then said that she just wanted everyone to be happy and in love with the right person. Dillon replied, "me too."

TJ returned home to Sonny’s place where Sonny told him about his mom coming by. This upset TJ, who planned to let his mom know that she was just pushing him away. Sonny then explained that he and Carly knew what Jordan was feeling and how he also pushed his mother away once and had regretted it ever since. Sonny then said that he wanted TJ to work on forgiving his mother. Then, TJ left and Carly arrived with some of her shopping purchases. He asked about the dress, but she told him he wouldn’t be seeing that until their wedding day. They then discussed when to get married and settled on a date in two weeks.

At the PCPD, Dante, Nathan and Jordan grilled Charlie, the partner of the man who was just killed. He agreed to talk. Later, TJ arrived to see his mother. He let her know that Sonny wasn’t trying to drive them apart and that he wanted them to work things out. TJ then added that he wasn’t sure he could forgive his mom for what she did to Shawn, but he knew that she was trying to make the city a better place and that he was proud of her. Jordan then added that she knew she had made mistakes and that she was trying to make things right. She then asked TJ to come home, but he refused for now.

Olivia showed up at Julian’s penthouse and was surprised to see Alexis there. Alexis explained that they had worked things out and then Julian told Olivia that he had left the business. Olivia wondered if he was being honest. He then told her that losing their child changed him and that he didn’t want to lose any more family members to a war with Sonny. Olivia then told Julian that she wanted to let him know the name she picked out for their son, which was Leonardo. Later, Dante and Nathan arrived to arrest Julian since Charlie named him as the one behind the hits on Sonny’s organization. Julian swore to Alexis that he was innocent as he was dragged away. Alexis then cornered Olivia about what she was really going to tell Julian since she wasn’t buying it was just the name of the baby. Olivia replied that she was going to apologize to him for not telling him the truth from the start, but she saw he was still a liar.

TJ returned to Sonny’s place and told him about his talk with his mom. He also let him know that he heard that Julian had been named as the guy behind the hits on his business.

Back at the PCPD, Julian was brought in and told Jordan that he wouldn’t be speaking without his lawyer present.

In the courtroom, Ric and Alexis argued their sides as Sonny and Julian listened. The judge agreed with Alexis and bail was set. Julian thanked Alexis and they embraced as Sonny shook his head. He then took Alexis aside and told her that Julian was playing her. Then, Alexis left. Sonny then complained to Ric about the outcome. Ric assured him that he would soon be back to being his lawyer, but in the meantime, he would put away Silas' killer.

At Dante and Lulu’s apartment, Olivia reacted to news that Julian had been jailed. She knew that he would deny the charges and wondered what he was supposed to say. Dante then said that the police had a case against him. He then asked if she wasn’t going to come clean about the baby, what was she going to do? Olivia replied that she would go. Dante then said that he and Rocco had missed her. She replied that she missed them too, but she couldn't let his new baby brother be sucked into that violent world. Dante replied that a life in hiding wasn’t life. He then asked her to say goodbye if she decided to leave and then he left.

At Julian’s penthouse, Ava/Denise read about Julian being arrested. Then, there was a knock on the door. It was Obrecht. She acted like Denise, but Obrecht threatened to call Kiki and tell her that her mother was alive and "playing hide the sausage" with her boyfriend behind her back. Ava/Denise then told her to put the phone down, said that she and Morgan were over and that was for Kiki's sake. Obrecht then said that she was there about Franco, that his trial started today and she insisted Ava/Denise come forward. Ava/Denise replied that she was innocent. Obrecht then threatened to go to the police. Ava/Denise fired back by saying that if she exposed her, she would expose Nina and then Franco would hate her (Obrecht) forever. She then suggested that Obrecht get the recording she wanted in exchange for the photo of Nina. They were arguing when Julian entered. Ava/Denise then switches to her Denise voice and Julian filled her in on getting bail. He then asked what was going on. Obrecht said that she was trying to get Ava/Denise to go to court. She then apologized to Julian for the cremation of his son's remains and left. Julian then told Ava/Denise he was going to take a shower and then he wanted the truth. When he returned, she told him that Denise didn’t need his help, but Ava did.

At Shadybrooke, Nina talked to a catatonic patient about Franco. She was upset that he was facing a murder trial and worried that it was all her fault. She then decided she should go to him.

At Carly's place, she was frustrated by Morgan acting distracted. He said that Franco's trial started today. Carly changed the subject by saying that she and Sonny had set a wedding date. Then they got into it about Morgan having motive to kill Silas. Morgan told her to back off since Kiki was upstairs and couldn’t know about this. Then, Kiki appeared and said, "Know about what?" Morgan told her that they were talking about Franco and that she didn't need to hear it. Kiki still thought the message her dad left her was the key to the case. Carly then coached her on testifying. Then, Kiki and Morgan left. After, Sonny arrived with the news that Julian got bail. Carly hoped Ric did better with Franco because he needed to be put away. They then talked about Morgan. Carly asked Sonny if he thought Morgan could be bi-polar. Sonny replied, "Absolutely not." Carly mentioned how Morgan lost control when he was angry and that acting out sexually was a symptom. Sonny tried to shrug it off, but Carly teared up and said, "G-d knows what else he's done." She thought they should face up to it. Sonny worried if he passed this on to Morgan and that if he killed somebody, it was on him.

In the courtroom, Franco asked Scott if he had figured out a way to help him yet. Scott pointed out the difficulties with his case. Then, Nina called and Scott tried to get rid of her, but Franco pleaded to speak to her. Franco told her about unforeseen changes in the plan. Nina was stunned to hear that Ric was prosecuting him. She decided to come forward and take full responsibility for Silas' murder. Franco wouldn't hear of it. He then assured her his father would get him acquitted. Nina was scared to death he would fry because that "she-serpent skank Ava Jerome" had an incriminating photo of her. Franco worried that she confronted Ava. Scott then let them say their “I love yous” and hung up. Soon, the trial got underway. Ric painted a murderous picture of Franco to the jury. Scott then said that he had no case. Scott claimed that he stepped down because he couldn't prosecute this case with a clear conscience. Ric then called Mrs. Shipley to the stand, who said that she heard Franco argue with Silas and that she heard the name “Nina.” Scott then cross-examined her and cast doubt on Shipley's ability to hear. Then, Dante testified about the evidence next. Scott got him to talk about phone calls from Kiki and Ava/Denise. Next, Kiki testified about arriving at the scene. Scott clarified that she only saw Franco exit the apartment. Kiki then agreed that she had no reason to believe Franco killed her father, but that she had a gut feeling about Ava/Denise's call. After, Kiki told Morgan that she knew it wasn't about Franco and that it had to do with her. Meanwhile, Franco thought it was going well. Scott then complained about not being able to mention Nina's name. Ric then called Morgan to the stand.

At Shadybrooke, Nina told the silent woman that Franco was protecting her. That he loved her and that she loved him. She then got angry about Ava/Denise and wished she would die.

At Carly's, she told Sonny that they needed to have Morgan diagnosed. He worried that it might be too late. Then, Michael arrived. They informed him that they had picked a wedding date and asked if he would attend. He claimed that he would be too busy with the clinic. Sonny wished him good luck and then left. Michael wished them well, but said that he wasn’t ready to let Sonny back in his life. Carly then told him how worried they were about Morgan being bi-polar. Michael thought his brother may just have a short fuse and really bad judgement. He then told her about how distraught Morgan was at The Metro Court the night Silas was murdered.

Molly and TJ chased each other around Sonny’s house and made out until the maid interrupted to take their lunch order. Then, Molly noticed that TJ had taken well to the high life and worried that dorm life would be a rude awakening for him. He replied that he wasn’t sure he was going back because he liked living there. "How about me?" she asked, reminding him they were going to live on campus together. She was also concerned that he could get caught up in another mob war. She then added that she loved her uncle, but everyone around him got hurt. Then, Sonny strolled in as she said this. Molly apologized, but Sonny understood. After the kids went off to lunch, one of Sonny's guys gave him an update on Julian and how they could go after him whenever he wanted. Sonny wanted to wait until Julian slipped up. Once alone, Sonny asked G-d if he was responsible for all that had happened to his sons.

At Julian’s penthouse, Ava/Denise admitted who she was to Julian. She then told him the whole story, including attending her memorial. He embraced her, but soon asked if she had anything to do with the Silas’ death. She changed the subject and then explained that she only planned to be Denise until the evidence against her disappeared. Ava/Denise then asked him to help steal the recording, then they could get rid of Sonny and rule Port Charles together. She was sure that he was still involved with the mob. Then, someone showed up to serve a subpoena.

In court, Ric called Morgan to the stand. Scott and the judge didn’t appreciate this last minute witness. Morgan was then sworn in. He described his encounter with Franco the day Silas died. Ric then brought out the knife that Franco had threatened him with. It was also the murder weapon. Franco objected when Morgan lied about what they were arguing over. Morgan claimed that he didn't come forward earlier because Franco threatened to kill him. The judge then called a recess. Franco wondered why his father was letting the lies fly. Kiki then asked Morgan why he didn't tell her about this. He claimed that he didn't want to pile that on her. She was sorry that Franco did that, but made him promise to keep her in the loop. Franco grimaced at them as they hugged. Kiki then stalked over to rail at Franco. He wanted to explain and intimated that Morgan hadn't been telling her the truth. The recess ended and then Scott called Ava/Denise to the stand.

Nina was nervous at Shadybrooke since she couldn’t find the trial on TV. She was sure Franco would fry for protecting her. She knew that the only way to save them was to expose Ava/Denise. Nina was about to run over to the court house when Madeline arrived. She tried to talk her daughter out of supporting Franco. Then, Nina blurted out that Ava/Denise killed Silas, but then remembered Franco had told her not to say anything. Madeline then whipped out some paperwork for her to sign so Ric could pay her medical bills. Nina refused to sign anything she hadn't read and then asked for some privacy. Miffed Madeline left.

Ava/Denise arrived in court having been summoned by Scott. She thought Franco was responsible for this and threatened to reveal the photo of Nina. Franco swore that he told his father nothing. Ava/Denise then took the stand and Scott questions her about the call she made to Silas the night he was murdered. She explained that it was to invite him to a party, but Scott tore apart her story. He then questioned her about Franco and why she was parading around with him. She rattled off her story about trying to keep Kiki from setting her up with Silas, but Scott believed it had to do with a DNA test, which he produced. He then said that this test proved that she and Ava weren’t twins, but were one and the same.

Nathan visited Nina at Shadybrooke and she told him that Madeline dropped by asking her to sign papers. Nathan read through the documents, which Nina said gave Madeline and Ric control of her finances. Nathan told her not to sign them. He also questioned her about Avery’s kidnapping and she admitted that it was Silas who took her. Nathan then recalled that he suspected him, but he had no motive. Nina then told her brother that she couldn’t tell him any more, but to trust her that someone else killed Silas. He was upset that she wouldn’t tell him more and took the papers Madeline had given her and left.

Madeline worried about Nina at The Metro Court bar. Meanwhile, Carly called Sonny to check on him and discussed the wedding and Michael. Carly felt that Michael was coming around, but she was worried about Morgan and thought he needed to see a doctor. Then, Madeline interrupted her call by demanding a drink, so Carly tended to her. Madeline then opened up about Nina and Carly thought about Morgan as Madeline explained the problems she had over the years dealing with a mentally ill child.

Michael and Sabrina sat on the terrace at the Quartermaines and talked about Sonny. Michael said that he still couldn’t forgive Sonny, who promised never to hurt AJ. They then discussed the circumstances of what was on the recording. Sabrina reminded him of Sonny’s mental issues, which could have played a part and he had no control. Michael told her that Carly worried this was happening to Morgan. Sabrina then gave him the rundown on bi-polar disorder symptoms and Michael began to realize that Morgan could be sick. Sabrina then told him that whatever he decided about Sonny and Morgan that she would stick by him.

Alexis arrived at Julian’s penthouse and could see he was upset. He claimed he was worried about Ava/Denise and that she that may be involved in Silas’ killing. Julian then asked Alexis about what happened with Olivia after he was carted off. She told him that Olivia thought he was lying about leaving the mob, as a lot of people did. He then asked if she did, but she swore that she believed him.

Olivia dropped by Sonny’s for a visit and the two caught up and they discussed whether Julian was back in the mob. Sonny revealed that he didn’t believe Denise DeMuccio was Ava and no matter what, Carly would be Avery’s mother. Olivia then told him that Ava/Denise couldn’t mess with his child and Julian couldn’t mess with hers.
