The star, who recently turned 31 years old, discussed how how she changed her eating habits while training as well. “I love treating myself, I’m a foodie,” Kardashian told Women's Health. “If I could control what I eat, I would have the best body ever. But because I have no self-control, and I don’t really care to have it, I have to work harder. I would rather work out harder and eat what I want, in moderation.”

Although healthy food is the best way to go to. she also has her cravings. "I’m not going to eat a whole cake, but last night I had pizza," the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star admitted. "If I want pizza, I’m going to have it. So I had pizza last night and it made me very happy.”

Kardashian also loves to have her friends over, and when she does- she loves to spoil them! “I love to cook. I’m a stay-at-home type of person,” she said. “My last girls night I had my girlfriends come over and it was supposed to just be like they were going to stop by for a second, but then we opened up a bottle of wine and it turned into four bottles of wine for like, six girls. … So it turns into a very conversational, fun, drunken girl night.”

Kardashian, who split with her now ex-husband Lama Oldom, began working out since 2012- the same year she split from Oldom.

“I was having a hard time with Lamar. It was toward the end of our union, and there was so much drama,” she told the mag. “I needed a release.”

But starting to work out can be a difficult process. “The first 45 days you’re like, ‘F**k this s**t. You’re exhausted, you’re sore, and I actually felt fatter because I was swollen," she explained.

She even admitted that her figure is a "revenge body," not only for Oldom, but for critics who constantly picked on her as "the fat one." Although it was not her first time, the reality star had to prove her critics wrong after many claimed her Complex photo-shoot pictures were photo-shopped.

Kardashian has her family to lean on when the critics attack her. But she remains strong, leans on her siblings for support, and is ready to help others who need her by being a good listener.

She shared some advice on how to be present and a good listener. "Stare people in their eyes. Know what you're talking about. Enjoy that moment. When you're at a lunch, enjoy being," she said. "I’m always on my phone when I'm at lunch or with things here or there. I've learned to put the phone down and be present."
