Mariah Carey reached a milestone in her career on Wednesday when she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but it was her twins with ex Nick Cannon that really stole the spotlight.

The 4-year-old twins; Moroccan and Monroe, clearly didn’t understand the significance of the ceremony because they were mostly focused on getting their mom’s attention over anything else, especially Moroccan.
People reports they were the center of attention all throughout the ceremony, like when she was giving a speech, when she was posing for photos with her star and when they were yawning and making silly faces the audience as Carey was being introduced.
Some of the more adorable times they overpowered the spotlight were when they both wanted to say “I love you Mommy” in the microphone during her acceptance speech.
“I better get through with this before the kids want to come up and talk again!” she joked. “Thank you so much, really, everybody for being here … I just want to thank all the fans for coming. This is a huge honor. A childhood dream come true … Before these kids take me off the stage, I guess I should move along.”
When she posed for photos, Moroccan actually had to be pulled away from her, much to his displeasure. Before that, the twins were seen crawling all over her. Moroccan even nuzzled into his mom’s breasts at one point.
It’s safe to say these two take after their parents and are destined for the spotlight.
