Nicole Polizzi, also known as Snooki from MTV’s Jersey Shore has undergone plastic surgery to enhance her lips.

> Instagram Monday night looking fierce and fabulous. Polizzi explained that this decision was not made it haste, but that she had always been insecure about her lips.
“First session of lip plumps and it’s just fabulous,” she wrote. “I’ve always hated my thin lips and never thought I had the balls to get needles in my lip to perfect them but I did!”
Polizzi also opened up about the procedure and her initial fears going into it.
“Trust me girls, I was terrified to get my ‘procedure’ ever done, but it wasn’t terrible at all!” Polizzi recalled. “And I hate needles! I love my ‘natural beauty,’ but being able to enhance my lips to make me feel better about myself is life.”
The Jersey Shore alum also posted a pic with her doctor after her procedure to share her enthusiasm with her followers, and thank her doctor for not killing her.
“Welp I did it kids! Tried my first lip plumping and so doing more,” Polizzi wrote. “#noshame thanks doc for not killing me.”
