This has become the summer of breakups. First Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale and now Reba McEntire and Narvel Blackstock. McEntire is spending time with family and friends following the announcement and co-star Melissa Peterman says McEntire is doing "great."
Entertainment Tonight spoke with Peterman during ABC's all-star summer TCA party. “I’ve talked to her and she’s doing great. Beyond what she said in her statement, I love her and I wish her all my love, and that’s all I can say right now,” said Peterman. “I love her.”
McEntire will be joining Peterman once again on the small screen during the season four finale of Baby Daddy this Wednesday.
As previously reported, Blackstock and McEntire had been married for 26 years. The couple released a joint statement on the singer's website and requested privacy while they are going through this time. "Despite this being the end of their marriage, they continue to support each other. They have worked together for 35 years and will continue to do so."
