Terrence Howard was back in court on Tuesday with his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, to try to undo the divorce settlement they agreed upon in 2012.
Howard took Ghent, who filed a lawsuit against him last month for other reasons, to court to claim she extorted him into agreeing to the settlement, which saw her get $5,800 a month for 3 years.
TMZ reports Howard’s sister-in-law testified that Ghent threatened to leak details of his sex life to the media if he didn’t pay her what she wanted. She claimed to have a sex tape involving Howard and two other women.
"I will (expletive) bury you deep within the ground," she’s heard saying in a recroding from 2011, USA Today reports.
He also claimed she threatened to sell a video of Howard singing in the bathroom naked, which she claimed she could get $2 million for, as well as call the IRS on him.
Howard and Ghent were married in 2010 and filed for divorce a year later.
