A&E said today that it is providing another venue for the dozens of women who have accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting and drugging them. Cosby: The Women Speak will air on Thursday at 9 p.m.

The one-hour special will include interviews with at least 12 of the women who have come forward in recent months, including model Beverly Johnson, publicist Joan Tarshis and actress Louisa Moritz. They explain how and why they decided to come forward and what they plan to do next.

Also, the producers will look at the immediate aftermath of comedian Hannibal Buress’ viral standup joke about Cosby that set off the media firestorm and how Cosby’s lawyers and representatives reacted.

Thirty-five of the women who have accused Cosby of misconduct came forward in a July New York Magazine cover story. At that time, 46 women had come forward and more have told their stories publicly since.

Cosby: The Women Speak was produced by Lincoln Square Productions.
