Earlier this week, it was rumored that Schumer signed a deal worth between $8 million and $10 million to write a book. The news came just after she won a Primetime Emmy on Sunday for her Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer.

Gallery Books and Schumer confirmed the deal in an Associated Press interview on Wednesday. She also tweeted about her excitement.

The publisher told the AP that the book will “offer personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing.”

"Believe it or not, there's actually more I have to say," Schumer added.

Sources for Entertainment Weekly say that the book will be titled The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo.

The book is expected to be released in 2016. It continues her incredible success this year, which includes the hit movie Trainwreck, an Emmy win, a Chris Rock-directed HBO special, a Saturday Night Live hosting gig and a friendship with Jennifer Lawrence.
