Just when we thought all of the Trainwreck news had played out the Amy Schumer gods swooped down and saved us with behind the scenes footage.
In a newly released behind the scenes video, we have the opportunity to sit in the rehearsal room with Hader and Schumer as they practice a scene from their movie. Trainwreck’s director Judd Apatow is not on camera, but present in the room, chiming in with suggestions.
The scene being rehearsed depicts Schumer’s character letting lose with her frustrations on Hader’s character. Aaron (Hader) tries to sleep with his eyes open, and Amy (Schumer) calls him on it. The clip shows Apatow suggesting the line to Schumer in rehearsal. Then Schumer begins talking. “Judd is someone who values honesty, and I think, I am pretty unapologetic about any wrongdoing from my life or just any embarrassing moments,” the comedian said.
According to People the Blu-ray for Trainwreck will feature an unrated version of the film, deleted scenes, a gag reel, an extended version of the film within the film Dogwalker, and bits of the Trainwreck comedy tour. Mark your calendars; Trainwreck’s Blu-ray and DVD will be available on Nov. 10, not a moment too soon.
