Beyonce and Jay Z are once again on the hunt for the perfect Los Angeles home, because they are being forced to vacate their rental in 60 days.
The 16,000 sq. ft. home is in the Holmby Hills area, which they have lived in since February and spend $150,000 a month on.
TMZ reports they will now either have to find a new rental or find a home to buy, since the home they’ve been staying in has been sold to someone else for $35.5 million.
They’re looking in the Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Holmby Hills areas, where Blue Ivy reportedly goes to private school.
In December 2014, Jay Z and Beyonce were outbid on a $70 million home in Beverly Hills, which was ultimately bought by Swedish billionaire Markus Persson.
It’s now back to the drawing board. In the meantime, the couple is vacationing in Italy for Beyonce’s birthday.
