The CW has released the first photo of Hawkman and Hawkgirl, who will be appearing in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the third DC Comics series on the network.
The photo shows Falk Hentschel as Carter Hall/Hawkman, with the character’s familiar mace over his shoulder. Ciara Renee is standing beside him as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl.
Of course, we have actually seen Hawkgirl, as TV Guide points out that she was briefly in the season finale of The Flash.
The two characters will be featured on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow with Brandon Routh, Wentworth Miller, Caity Lotz, Victor Garber, Arthur Darvill and Franz Drameh. It is one of only three new shows that will debut on The CW this season, but won’t start until midseason.
More news about the show will probably be announced New York Comic Con next month.
