confirmed producer Sam Esmail popped the question over the weekend, and Rossum accepted.

Esmail took to Twitter after the news broke.

The couple has been dating for 2 years, and met when Esmail directed Rossum in the movie Comet, according to .

. reported Rossum was previously married to music executive Justin Siegel, but the pair divorced in 2010. The actress has also been linked to Counting Crows singer Adam Duritz and Topher Grace.
