Giada De Laurentiis’ divorce from Todd Thompson has been finalized and the terms of the settlement have been made public.

They separated last July after 11 years of marriage but he didn’t officially file for divorce until December.

According to People, since they didn’t have a prenup, Thompson is entitled to half of what the celebrity chef made during their marriage. That includes half of the royalties for books she published while they were married as well as half of the over $5 million in unpaid advances for cookbooks that haven’t even come out yet.

While Laurentiis won’t have to pay him spousal support, he does get $9,000 a month in child support for their 7-year-old daughter Jade Marie. They will also split what’s in multiple bank accounts, totaling around $2 million.

Thompson, a fashion designer, also gets to keep their $3.2 million home in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
