Jeff Bridges, Black Mass star Benedict Cumerbatch and Kristen Bell appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night to participate in his recurring segment, Mean Tweets.
The segment, which celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, President Obama and Ashton Kutcher have done before, features them reading off real tweets people have posted about them.
"Twitter has made it easy for famous people to interact directly with their fans, which is nice, but it also makes it easy for people to tell you how much they hate you," Kimmel said while introducing the segment, E! Online reports.
Bridges kicked it off, saying he will “take to heart” the tweet, "Am now convinced Jeff Bridges is a crazy f--ker and not in the cool way, just in a disturbed hobo shouting at sparrows and sidewalks way."
While Bell winked at her mean tweet, Cumberbatch read a tweet that compared him to a “cat’s anus” and flipped off the camera.
Mean Tweets will be featured every night this week on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
