Leah Remini has signed a deal with Ballantine Books, an imprint of Random House, to write a memoir about her experiences within the Church of Scientology.

Remini, who left the church in 2013, joined it at the age of 10. She has said she left for the sake of her daughter Sofia, who was getting to the age to get acclimated into the church.

Her book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology, will be available starting Nov. 3.

The release says Remini “will detail for the first time her life growing-up in the Church of Scientology and her rise to fame in Hollywood,” saying once she achieved success in her career, “advancing Scientology’s causes grew increasingly intertwined” with it, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“When she began to raise questions about some of the church’s actions, she found herself a target, which led to her—and her family’s—break from the church,” Ballantine continued in the statement.

In March, Remini commended the filmmakers of Going Clear, the documentary based off of Lawrence Wright’s book that blew the lid off the practices of the controversial church.
