Yahoo Celebrity noted that the actress appeared on Fox News and blasted the station as well as others for not providing continuous coverage of the memorial service on the 14th anniversary of the attacks.

She also took to Twitter with the question for social media users.

"If kardashians can be covered 24/7, why can't we have one day dedicated to a moment in history that changed our path?" she asked. "I don't need to see tragedy, I need to see stories of healing &memory! #neverforget."

Soon after she put the tweet out it was favorited and retweeted hundreds of times.

On Instagram, Joan Hart posted a picture of a rainbow, which appeared in the sky above World Trade Center yesterday, and applauded NBC News for sharing the shot with its viewers.

The attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001 killed more than 3,000 people and was one of the deadliest on U.S. soil.
