Last week, a McDonald’s employee showed a very kind act to a disabled customer. Little did he know someone snapped a picture of the good deed and the photo of his generosity went viral on social media.
FoxNews.com noted that on Sept. 16, Destiny Carreno witnessed the restaurant employee, identified only as Kenny, cutting up food and helping a disabled man eat at a Chicago McDonald’s.
"The man politely tried to ask the cashier something and it took him a few tries before either of us could understand he was saying 'Help me please,'" said Carreno. "Neither of us knew what help he needed and the cashier suggested a few things before he figured out the gentleman needed help cutting and eating his meal."
Kenny left the register to tend to the man, Carreno said, even though the restaurant was busy.
Once he went over to a table and assisted the man, she snapped the picture.
Carreno posted the photo on Facebook and it has been shared more than 250,000 times with 700,000 views and counting.
The image has reminded people that no good deed goes unnoticed.
Seeing this today brought tears to my eyes! Compassion has NOT gone out of style.Today I made a quick stop at McDonald...
