Prince Harry is still beating himself up over missing his niece, Princess Charlotte’s christening due to having a prior engagement he couldn’t reschedule.

The royal was busy with conservation projects in Southern Africa, where he’s been volunteering in Namibia since June at the Khulula Care for Wild center.

Simson Uri-Khob, who runs Save The Rhino, recalled Prince Harry saying, "What a bad uncle I am! I should really be there. But today I am here, this is where I want to be,” Hello! Magazine reports.

Due to other commitments, Prince Harry also didn’t meet his niece until three weeks after she was born. Like everyone else, he saw her for the first time in a photo.

Harry has previously talked about his desire to settle down and have children of his own. He said back in May, “Of course, I would love to have kids right now, but there's a process that one has to go through.”

He also talked about marriage, saying “I don't think you can force these things it will happen when it's going to happen.”
