This year not one, but two television actresses have topped Forbes list for the highest paid.
Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, who has held the No. 1 spot on the annual list several years in a row, now shares it with The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting.
The wealthy ladies tied for first place earning a cool $28.5 million each from June 2014 to June 2015.
Vergara is no stranger to the list and has ranked No. 1 for the past four years. In addition to her Modern Family paycheck, the actress also has endorsement deals with CoverGirl and Head & Shoulders.
Cuoco-Sweeting, however, landed the coveted spot for the first time after she and her The Big Bang Theory co-stars all signed new deals last month paying them $1 million per episode.
Vergara’s co-star Julie Bowen snagged the No. 3 spot on the list at $12 million. Fourth and fifth place went to Ellen Pompeo of Grey's Anatomy with $11.5 and Mariska Hargitay of Law & Order: SVU earning $11 million. The Good Wife’s Julianna Margulies, comedienne Amy Poehler, The Mindy Project’s Mindy Kaling, Scandal’s Kerry Washington and The Middle’s Patricia Heaton also made this year’s list.
