According to the Denver Post, David Mueller, a Denver radio host who is known for being “Jackson” on the “Ryno and Jackson” morning show, is suing the pop-star for getting him fired and banned from Taylor Swift concerts under false allegations. Swift reported Mueller in June 2013 after she claimed he inappropriately grabbed her when they were taking a photo at her concert at the Pepsi Center.
According to the suit, one of the members of Swift’s security approached Mueller about touching Swift’s bottom, and then escorted him out.
In the lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday in Denver, Mueller denied the allegations. “Mueller steadfastly maintains that no inappropriate contact of any kind occurred between him and Ms. Swift,” the report read.
The 98.5 KYGO host was fired two days after the incident on June 4, 2013.
Swift has yet to comment on the suit, but has taken to social media to celebrate her recent Emmy win.
