TLC will continue their relationship with some of the members of the Duggar family following the scandal surrounding the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, Josh Duggar.

Jill Dillard, 24, and Jessa Seewald, 22, will get their own special, which will air later this year. Dillard and her husband Derick Dillard are doing missionary work in El Salvador while Seewald and her husband Ben Seewald are preparing for the birth of their first child.

TLC Executive Vice President and General Manager Nancy Daniels told The AP, "What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child and we'll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in."

There are two or three not-yet-titled specials planned, and the first will air by the end of this year.

Daniels continued to say they put these specials together “pretty quickly” after speaking with both of the girls to see if they were interested.

“Now they're both at the precipice of big changes,” she continued. “With what was happening in their lives in the next few months, it felt like now is the time.”

Daniels also said executives from TLC have been in “close contact” with the Duggars as they navigate through the scandals surrounding Josh, who’s currently in rehab after admitting to cheating on his wife, Anna Duggar, and having a porn addiction.
