As Bill Cosby prepares to give his deposition next week, three new women came forward to publicly accuse him of sexual assault Wednesday.

Upwards of 40 women have now accused the former sitcom star of sexual assault spanning over several decades and many report having have been drugged by Cosby.

According to People, the latest allegations come from a former Mrs. America, a former cocktail server at a jazz club and an aspiring Playboy model. Civil-rights attorney Gloria Allred said in a statement that these women will not “be the last to speak out about their accusations against Mr. Cosby.”

Allred represents over 20 of Cosby’s accusers.

The newest allegations follow Cosby’s loss of honorary degrees from Brown, Marquette and Fordham University.

The LA Times reported accounts of the newest allegations, which draw many parallels to the previous in that two of the accusers report being drugged while the third reported she turned down a drink from Cosby.

Cosby’s legal team has repeatedly denied all accusations and he himself has not spoken about the allegations since a separate case back in 2005. He is set to appear in court for his deposition Oct. 9.
