Indie-pop band Echosmith has had an extremely busy, yet rewarding, year. They are climbing the charts with Talking Dreams, which features the popular singles "Bright" and "Cool Kids," and they are currently wrapping up an extensive tour with Twenty One Pilots.

"Life has been pretty busy the past three years especially and we have been on tour non-stop. The tour we are doing now with Twenty One Pilots is awesome and totally different from anything else we have done in the past. We are having a lot of fun doing that," lead singer Sydney Sierota explained. "This will be kind of like the last hoorah for this record cycle and after this we are going to go work on new music for a new record coming out next year we hope."

Talking Dreams and incredibly catchy melodies have launched Echosmith into the mainstream. Now, they are playing for packed audiences night after night with the audience singing along to every word. When it comes to life on the tour, the band explained that really it is about being able to connect and interact with their fans. "Whenever we are able to relate to our fans, that is when we are reminded about this is why we are doing this," Sierota said.

With such a passionate fan base behind them, it seems natural that Echosmith has teamed up with State Farm in order to promote safe driving among their fans and everyone behind the wheel. The campaign is #Drive2n2, which stands for two eyes on the road and two hands on the wheel.

"It's so easy to do and if you think about it probably 90 percent of drivers, be it teens or not, are probably not having two eyes on the road and two hands on the wheel," Sierota explained. "It's a good reminder for ourselves and we are happy that we can be here to remind our fans to drive safer and make it safer for themselves and everyone round them."
