Jon Voight has had a successful career so far spanning over multiple different genres. He is now bringing hit talents to the wizarding world in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gemma Chan, who stars in AMC's sci-fi thriller Humans, Selma actress Carmen Ejogo and Jon Voight have joined the cast of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
The film is currently filming in England and stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander with David Yates behind the camera. Their roles in the film have not been announced yet but Digital Trends speculates that they will play wizards or muggles that Scamander will encounter on his journeys.
Voight, Chan, and Ejogo join an already stacked cast including Colin Farrell, Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Dan Fogler, and Samantha Morton. The script was written by Harry Potter author, JK Rowling and takes place 70 years before the 10 year old wizard stole the hearts of audiences around the world.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is expected to hit theaters on Nov. 18, 2016.
