Kaley Cuoco’s estranged husband, Ryan Sweeting, has responded to the Big Bang Theory star’s Sept. 25 divorce filing by asking for spousal support.
Cuoco and Sweeting did have a pre-nup, which they signed in Nov. 2013 and stated they would both pay for attorney’s fees at the time of a divorce. But Sweeting has asked Cuoco to pay for his fees in his filing on Oct. 15.
According to E! News, Sweeting has also asked the highest earning television actress for spousal support. While Cuoco stated Sept. 3 as the date of separation in her divorce documents, Sweeting cited Sept. 25.
In a statement at the time, Cuoco’s rep said the couple of less than two years have "mutually decided to end their marriage" and asked for privacy.
Cuoco and Sweeting got engaged after just a few months of dating and got married on Dec. 31, 2013. Last week, Cuoco took to social media to deny a relationship with her co-star and ex, Johnny Galecki, is what caused the split from Sweeting.
