The MTV show Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life is set to premiere this April.

Pop-star Ke$ha recently released her second album Warrior and is gearing up for a summer tour to promote her new songs.

According to MTV, fans can also expect a behind the scenes look at both her professional and personal lives in a new documentary series beginning in April titled Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life.

Filmed over a span of two years, the show will highlight Ke$ha’s rise to stardom and the making of her sophomore album Warrior along with the family, friends, and love interests that fuel her inspiration.

Ke$ha promises the docu-series will showcase what life is truly like from her point of view, which may be unexpectedly raw for those who are only accustomed to her glittery, happy-go-lucky stage presence.

"You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage or in a music video, but that's only a part of the story," Ke$ha told MTV News. "With this documentary series I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous but it's all real."

My Crazy Beautiful Life is directed by Ke$ha’s brother, Lagan Serbert, and family friend Steven Greenstreet.

Ke$ha broadcasted her excitement for the show on Twitter as she urged fans to watch the NY based comedy talk show Nikki & Sara Live for her huge announcement.
