Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have called off their divorce following the NBA star’s brush with death last week.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, went before a judge on Wednesday morning and requested that their divorce documents be thrown out. Her request was granted.

According to TMZ, they both signed the divorce papers this past summer and the documents were waiting in a big pile for a judge’s final signature. They both signed the papers Wasser presented to the judge today.

Kardashian first filed for divorce in Dec. 2013 and they never followed up on it in hopes of reconciling. Kardashian tried to get Odom help for his drug addiction and emotional problems to no avail, giving up this summer and signing the documents.

Odom has always maintained Kardashian is his “wife” and “soulmate,” even when she dated other men like French Montana and James Harden.

She has been by Odom’s bedside since he was hospitalized last week and has vowed to stick with him during months of rehab.

The couple got married in 2009 after meeting one month prior.
