Lindsay Lohan has moved in with her mom Dina in Long Island, N.Y., because she cannot afford any other living expenses.
We reported earlier the troubled actress faked "sick" to miss out on a court date concerning her car accident over the summer. However, it turns out Lohan has even more problems besides missed court appearances.
The Huffington Post reports a source telling RadarOnline, "Lindsay is being forced to live at home with Dina because she can't afford any other options at the moment...[she's] flat-out broke and can't even afford to rent a two-bedroom apartment in North Hollywood."
Lohan is telling friends the move is for an entirely different reason. "Lindsay's been telling everyone that she moved to New York because she was sick of Los Angeles. But that's just not true, she would love to move back west, but she can't afford to!" the source continued.
While Dina may be thrilled her eldest daughter is living with her again, Lindsay is mortified. The Huffington Post continues the source's report that Dina is a constant source of embarrassment for Lindsay because "she always want to go out partying with her."
These financial woes come just two months after Lohan's Scary Movie 5 co-star Charlie Sheen, a fellow troubled actor, gave her $100,000 for what Sheen thought covered the money she did not receive for the movie. "I didn't know it was for taxes. If I'd have known that I'd have given her half," said Sheen on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno .
In addition to all of Lohan's news in the northeast, her father Michael and girlfriend Kate Major welcomed a baby boy at a Florida hospital yesterday. His name is Landon Major Lohan.
