Robbie Amell put his name on the map with his role in The Flash and that has earned him a new role in New Line Cinema’s new film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Robbie Amell has signed on in New Line Cinema’s The Babysitter. The movie is about a young boy named Lewis. One night Lewis and his babysitter experience a night where things go horribly wrong with the boy learning a few lessons about life, love and murder along the way.
McG will produce through his Wonderland Sound & Vision alongside the company’s president, Mary Viola, Paste Magazine reports. Wonderland will partner with Boies/Schiller Film Group’s Zack Schiller to finance the film. Production is expected to start sometime in the next few months in Los Angeles.
As for Amell, he has been busy as of late and his schedule is quickly filling up. He is currently the star of The Flash. He will also appear in the X-Files miniseries and he will work alongside Kevin Spacey in Nine Lives.
