Newly-single star Selena Gomez was in good spirits Tuesday night, as she partied in West Hollywood to celebrate her Nylon magazine cover.

Gomez had a private dinner at Soho House with a few close friends. "She was so happy," US Weekly reports a source. "It was a total girls night, and she was hanging out with her parents and close friends."

Gomez was accompanied by Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson, Disney alum Ashley Tisdale, and close pal Jaime King at the Coach sponsored dinner.

The much-needed dinner came on the same day ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber released his Believe Acoustic album. On it is a song titled "Nothing Like Us," which details the highly-publicized break-up between Gomez and Bieber. On the song, Bieber talks about Gomez's "drinking," but the track for the most part has a somber tone.

"There was no talk of Justin Last night," US Weekly reports the source. "It was all about a girls night."

E! Online caught up with the singer yesterday, and she appeared to be in good spirits. "I'm good. I'm really good," Gomez told E!'s Marc Malkin.

She's keeping the details of her upcoming album hush-hush. However, she did reveal she is "having a lot of fun expressing everything that [she's] feeling."

And as for a newfound attitude, Gomez tells E! "I've been telling people I'm definitely a little bit more sassy now. I'm a little bit more mouthy."

You can catch Gomez in the racy indie film Spring Breakers , out in March.
