Selma Blair is keeping up with Kris Jenner.

Blair is playing Jenner in the upcoming FX miniseries, The People v OJ Simpson, the first season in a new series American Crime Story. The actress opened up to US Weekly at the Operation Smile 2015 Gala on Oct. 2 about the reality star.

“I happen to love Kris Jenner,” Blair said. “I found her to be endearing and extremely intelligent and warm and generous. I don’t have enough good things to say about her.”

“I thought she was wonderful,” the Cruel Intentions star continued. “I don’t think I knew just how amazingly likable she is and how giving.”

Jenner was married to NFL star O.J. Simpson’s lawyer, Robert Kardashian, when Simpson was on trial for the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson. Jenner and Brown Simpson were close friends.

“I remember really following the O.J. Simpson case and really feeling tremendously for Ron Goldman’s family and Nicole Brown Simpson,” Blair said. “I think it’s important to keep remembering.”

Jenner has been remembering her friend, too. She recently talked about Brown Simpson for a Lifetime documentary, The Secret Tapes of the O.J. Case: The Untold Story.

“I will always feel guilty that I didn’t pay more attention and didn’t speak up when I thought anything was wrong or asked her more, ‘Do you want to talk about it?'” Jenner said.
