Netflix has made news again by reviving a beloved TV show.

The DVD and streaming service first made headlines earlier this year for plans to bring back Full House. The show about the Tanner family, which ran until 1995, is returning with members of the original cast as Fuller House. The 13-episode run has Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber, the actresses best known for playing DJ and Kimmy Gibbler, signed on.

But this week, viewers learned that Netflix intends to bring back Gilmore Girls, with the show’s original writer and creator behind the helm. Star Lauren Graham appeared to confirm the news by retweeting the original news story from TVLine.

Fans still feel cheated after the TV show’s final season ended on a low note. Now, according to reports, creator Amy Sherman-Palladino will oversee the revival and Gilmore Girls will get the finale it initially deserved.

But Full House and Gilmore Girls are just a few of several TV shows brought back from cancellation over the years. We count down the weakest to the most successful.
