Tracy Morgan is back and he’s not skipping a beat. The SNL veteran will return to host the long-running sketch comedy show this weekend and the promos were released on Wednesday.
Morgan poked fun at his 2014 accident that kept him away from the stage and behind cameras as he recovered, joking he didn’t remember being on the show from 1996 to 2003.
Although he returned to TV for a surprise appearance at the Emmys last month, this is his big return to the small screen to show off his comedic chops once again.
Standing alongside Bobby Moynihan, Morgan joked "Did I use to work here? I can't remember anymore."
Also in the two-minute teaser, Morgan joked it will be like the season finale “when I’m done with it” and he’s "going to get everyone in this building pregnant." Replying to his signature line, Moynihan let out a sigh and said, "That's our Tracy."
The musical guest this week will be Demi Lovato.
