Gretchen, Jimmy, Edgar and Dorothy are stuck in the house because its the Los Angeles Marathon, ergo no one can drive anywhere. Plus, Edgar didn’t get the chance to go shopping so there’s not much food in the house. Additionally, it has been revealed that there’s a mouse in the house. Yep, it’s a great start to a Sunday.

Lindsey comes over to vent to Gretchen about how she’s staying over at her sister’s house since she doesn’t have power at hers. However, she had to abandon her car and run half of the marathon to get there. Vernon comes over shortly after to ask Lindsey that she not tell her sister, Becca, that they cuddled.

Lindsey is not loving having Dorothy around. I’m detecting a little jealousy.

Gretchen is literally falling to pieces. She gets drunk and tells everyone what he really thinks. She gets on Edgar, Lindsey, Dorothy and Jimmy’s cases. It turns out Gretchen isn’t doing well with coping with living with Jimmy or life in general. She also kills the mouse with Jimmy’s book while going off on everyone.

Afterwards, Lindsey finds Gretchen passed out on the bed. Lindsey instantly knows Gretchen is going to her dark place. Lindsey advises her to: “Wear your stains on the outside of your clothes, Gretchen.”

Gretchen finally admits to Jimmy that she’s clinically depressed, which is a huge step in their relationship.
