It’s the sequel to the Sunday Funday episode from season 1, but with the spooky twist of Halloween.
Jimmy is trying really hard to snap Gretchen out of her depression by setting up a Sunday Funday with Edgar, and even rents a ridiculously expensive Halloween costume for Gretchen to wear for the occasion.
Lindsey realizes after running into Paul that she give up too easily on everything, since she gave up on turning the power back on the house.
Edgar is freaking out that he hasn’t slept with anyone in three years. He and Dorothy are getting close and he’s worried that she would judge. Of course, the group is making fun of him. The underlying problem is that Edgar is afraid of being vulnerable by telling Dorothy about his PTSD and other post-war related problems.
The next stop is a Haunted Tour of places celebrities were killed. Unfortunately, the Spice Girls cover girl band show got cancelled. The last stop is a crazy scary haunted house, one where the characters in the house kidnap you.
Gretchen gets mad at Jimmy for trying to fix her. She thinks Jimmy can’t fix her, and she doesn’t want him to, but she still puts on a happy face and convinces Jimmy that his plan worked.
Meanwhile, Lindsey conquers her fears and gets on the phone to turn her power back on. She goes back to her house to find it a mess, but the power on. Good job Lindsey!
