Jimmy Fallon has so many friends that if he ever has any problems in the middle of his Tonight Show monologues, he can just call one up to help. Last night, it was Billy Crystal’s turn to help out.
While Crystal didn’t perform for as long as Jay Leno did last month, he did around a minute for the Tonight Show audience.
Fallon started off by talking about how both frontrunners for the Democratic presidential nomination - Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders - are old. The host then had some issues talking, so he tagged Crystal in to finish the “How old is he?” jokes.
Crystal appeared to have a lot of fun, firing lines without stopping. Here’s some of the lines:
“Hillary is so old, when she hears 2016, she yells ‘Bingo!’”
“Bernie Sanders is so old, he thinks a down theory is about him urinating.”
“Hillary is so old, her first political scandal was deleting all her telegraph messages.”
Crystal also made a jab about Fallon’s frequent hand injuries.
