Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his girlfriend Lauren Hashian revealed the sex of their baby.
As previously reported, the longtime couple announced their pregnancy back in September. Johnson has a 14-year-old daughter and this will be Hashian’s first child.
Taking to Instagram, they announced the baby’s sex along with an adorable photo of Johnson holding Hashian by the belly. The caption read that the couple of nine years are having a baby girl!
The actor revealed, “I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more…IT’S A BABY GIRL!!”
The couple had two French bulldog puppies, but one has since passed away after eating mushrooms. Johnson gave a shout out to his puppy, Hobbs, in the caption’s hashtag “#MeAndPuppyHobbsAreTheOnlyDudes.”
E! News reported that Johnson has said in the past he was proud of the relationships he had with Hashian and daughter, Simone. “We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the success end, but then Lauren isn’t mentioned and my daughter isn’t mentioned.”
Besides Furious 7 Johnson has starred in family friendly films including Tooth Fairy. He will be next seen in Moana.
