Gisele Bundchen was candid in her responses to questions about her marriage to Tom Brady, as well as his son with Bridget Moynahan during CBS This Morning on Tuesday.
In a wide ranging interview with Charlie Rose, Bundchen admitted to going through a “few tough times” with her husband of six years. The couple started dating in 2006, and shortly after they began their romance, Moynahan learned she was pregnant with his baby.
“It was a challenging thing because here I am, you know, thinking I'm dating this guy,” she said. “We met, we started dating and everything is great, and then this happens, right? So I felt like I didn't know what to do. It was kind of one of those moments of like, 'Do I just like run away?'”
Brady and Bundchen continued on to get married in 2009 and have two children after the birth of John in 2007 and now they’re a blended family.
“I couldn't have asked for a sweeter bonus child,” she said.
"He's kind. ... He's a good man," the model also said of her husband. "I would say he's much more competitive than me. I would say I'm much more of a collaborative person because in my job it's about collaboration. [As a quarterback,] he's kind of the boss in some ways, he has to dictate."
