Khloe Kardashian has contracted a staph infection from visiting Lamar Odom in the hospital at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The infection is reportedly so bad that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star had to cancel some of the dates on her book tour for Strong Looks Better Naked.
A source told TMZ, "It's so scary. She's so sick." Kardashian took to Twitter to tell fans about being forced to cancel the dates, but never mentioned the cause of her illness.
“Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing,” she tweeted. “I'm sick &dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong.”
However, in another tweet she hinted the illness could be due to stress. “Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves,” she wrote.
Kardashian has frequently been by Odom's side in the hospital for the past month since he was hospitalized. He was found unresponsive in a Las Vegas brothel in early October.
