Khloe Kardashian reveals she was spending so much time at the hospital with Lamar Odom after his hospitalization that her family urged her to leave to focus on herself.

She rushed to be by his side in the Las Vegas hospital he was initially sent to, and continued to support him when he was transferred to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

“Just recently I’ve been in the hospital for almost three-and-a-half weeks straight, and finally everyone was saying, ‘Khloe, you have to get out of the hospital and do something that’s for you,’” she told the San Diego Union-Tribune.

“I had such anxiety going to the gym, but as soon as I left, I felt like, ‘Oh my God, I’m okay. I’m human again.’ I just felt so good,” she continued. “But for those three weeks, I didn’t think about the gym because I was thinking about other things, and I don’t beat myself up about it.”

Kardashian recently appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she told DeGeneres she’s still dating James Harden despite calling off her divorce from Odom.

“It’s definitely a very unique situation, to say the least,” she joked. “Yeah he’s fine with it. I mean we have to communicate a lot. And he’s really supportive and great.”
