Just a day after spending time with boyfriend, James Harden, Khloe Kardashian discussed Lamar Odom’s recovery and their marital status while at her book signing event for Strong Looks Better Naked on Monday night.

Kardashian has been supportive of Odom since he was hospitalized on Oct. 13 and while she told fans he’s doing “better every day,” she also admitted he has a “long road” ahead of him recovery-wise.

She then spoke about calling off their divorce, acknowledging people might be "confused" about why they had a judge throw it out. “I'm still married for a multitude reasons, but intimacy is not one of them," she told NBC News.

She also told ET, “Even if he was 100 percent better, he has a lot of other issues he has to deal with, I think, before taking on any relationship.”

Kardashian went on to say she sees him every day, so she’s the one who keeps him up to date on news and current events. Kardashian also said she lets him know how much support he’s receiving as he recovers.

“He's aware to a degree but he doesn't have social media, he doesn't have his cell phone, he doesn't watch the news or anything like that, so he is aware from what I tell him or the messages that I give him — all positive and filtered things of course,” she said.
