Kylie Jenner spoke about how accepting she is of her dad, Bruce Jenner’s transition to Caitlyn Jenner on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in an episode that will air on Monday.

Jenner admitted she “bottled” in her emotions about it at first, but says she now likes Caitlyn more than she liked Bruce. In fact, she thinks Caitlyn is the “exact same person” but just looks different now.

They said they “bond” a lot more, talking about “makeup and clothes,” but she continued that the biggest relief about the transition is that there’s no more secrets.

“I feel like there was always this big secret,” she said. “And I’ve honestly known about it for a really long time and we actually caught him then dressing up as a girl. When my sister and I were like 6 and 7 maybe. So we’ve known for a while that there was something, but it was never talked about.”

The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, 18, went on to say she hopes the younger generation will use her acceptance as inspiration.

“I think that other girls and boys my age will maybe see that I’m so accepting and be accepting of other people too,” she said.

Also during her appearance, Jenner denied breaking up with her rapper boyfriend, Tyga.
