Skier Lindsey Vonn suffered a nasty cut after breaking up a fight between her dogs over the weekend and needed stitches.
The Olympian shared a video via social media of her bloody hand and gash in her thumb while she was in hospital bed in Colorado on Saturday.
She thanked her U.S. ski team physician Dr. Randy Violateam for stitching her up and explained what happened.
"Tried to break up my dogs fighting over a frisbee and this is what I get...an amazing @jimmyfallon belated Halloween costume!" she wrote.
As E! Online noted Fallon famously injured his hand last June when he tripped while accepting an award. The Tonight Show host then responded to Vonn’s tweet.
“Oh no! I was faking mine. You should've called me first!” he tweeted back.
All joking aside, Vonn has suffered several injuries during her career, but still the 31-year-old has remained at the top of her game and is the winningest female World Cup racer of all time.
