NBC is really jumping ahead, renewing three shows for Fall 2016 already on Monday. Freshman series Blindspot was among them.

Blindspot, which is produced by The Flash’s Greg Berlanti, has succeeded in pulling in viewers after Monday The Voice episodes. It earned a full season quickly and NBC tweeted that the show was picked up for season two.

The series stars Jaimie Alexander, who plays a Jane Doe who woke up in Times Square covered in tattoos. One of those tattoos had the name of an FBI agent, played by Sullivan Stapleton. The two try to get to the bottom of the mystery.

NBC also picked up two Dick Wolf series for next year. TheWrap confirms that Chicago Fire was picked up for season five, while Chicago P.D. got a fourth season.

The third series in Wolf’s Chicago franchise, Chicago Med, starts on Nov. 17.

Elsewhere at NBC, Deadline reports that The Mysteries of Laura received a three-episode back order for its second season. The Debra Messing series was the only series from the 2014-2015 season to get a second season at NBC.
