Stephen Colbert will host CBS’ broadcast of the Kennedy Center Honors for the second consecutive year. This year’s class of honorees includes George Lucas and Rita Moreno.

CBS announced today that the Late Show host will host the ceremony, which is taped at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. on Monday, Dec. 6. It will air on CBS on Tuesday, Dec. 29 at 9 p.m.

When Colbert hosted last year, it was a way for CBS to introduce the former Colbert Report host to its viewers. Now, he’s the host of Late Night, replacing David Letterman for CBS.

The 2015 Kennedy Center Honors class includes Lucas, the creator of the Star Wars franchise, and EGOT winner Moreno. Singer/songwriter Carole King, rock group The Eagles, Broadway icon Cicely Tyson and former Boston Symphony Orchestra conductor Seiji Ozawa are also being honored.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are both expected to attend the ceremony. The broadcast is executive produced by Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss of White Cherry Entertainment.
