A mass shooting was reported at a social services office in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday.

The San Bernardino County Fire Department tweeted at 11:14 a.m. local time that units were responding to a report of a “20-victim shooting incident” The City of San Bernardino tweeted moments later, asking people to avoid Waterman Avenue, between Orange Show Road and Hospitality Lane.

The San Bernardino Sun reports that the shooting was at the Inland Regional Center, which helps those with developmental disabilities in the area.

Police Lt. Richard Lawhead told KTLA that the first call to the area came at 10:59 a.m. Since the SWAT team was already nearby for training exercises, they responded quickly. Lawhead first said that there were at least 20 victims, but it is not clear how badly they are injured. Police also haven’t said if any of the victims were killed.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office tweeted that there are one to three suspects and “multiple victims.”

This shooting comes less than a week after the shooting in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where three people were killed at a Planned Parenthood building.

UPDATE: Police now say at least 14 people are dead and over a dozen are wounded.
