ABC is giving Hulu users a look at yet another cancelled series. The unaired episodes of Wicked City have been posted to the streaming site.
Wicked City was cancelled in November after just three episodes aired. The serial killer drama, which was set in 1980s Los Angeles, starred Ed Westwick, Erika Christensen and Jeremy Sisto. It was created by Steven Baigelman.
ABC immediately pulled the show from the schedule, leaving four completed unaired episodes. TVLine notes that executive producer Laurie Zaks tweeted to fans that the eighth episode will be completed. She previously said that there is a “great ending” planned.
Episodes four through seven are already on Hulu.
ABC has done this in the past with cancelled shows. Last season, fans of the sitcoms Selfie and Manhattan Love Story were able to determine for themselves if the shows got better over time. (Selfie did, Manhattan Love Story... not so much.)
Wicked City was the first show of the 2015-2016 TV season to officially be cancelled.
