The first Saturday Night Live host has been announced for 2016 and it's Star Wars: The Force Awakens star Adam Driver.

Driver will be hosting the show on Jan. 16. This will mark his first time hosting the famous ketch comedy show. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler made the announcement during their episode on Saturday. No musical guest has been announced yet.

Outside of the Star Wars universe, Driver is known for his role on HBO's hit Girls. Driver plays Lena Dunham's on-off again boyfriend. Dunham previously hosted the show back in March of 2014. The fifth season of Girls will be starting on HBO on Feb. 21.

Driver plays Kylo Ren in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which has broken numerous box office records during it's first weekend of release, including grossing $238 million at the domestic box office and becoming the fastest movie to earn $100 million and $200 million.
