After a year-long absence from the FX series, Emma Roberts is eyeing a return to American Horror Story.
In a recent interview with Yahoo, Roberts said that she was sad she wasn't able to appear in American Horror Story: Hotel, but noted that she'll likely be coming back to the series next year.
"We tried to make it work, but I’m leaving town to go do a movie and they’re shooting the last two episodes right now, so Ryan and I said next season we’ll do something amazing and devilish," Roberts admitted.
The actress, who starred in American Horror Story's third and fourth seasons, said she has loved Hotel. In particular she pointed to Lady Gaga's performance, noting that she'd love to work with her next season.
FX ordered a sixth season of American Horror Story last month, although we don't yet know what the theme will be. Roberts is currently starring on Ryan Murphy's other horror series, Scream Queens, which airs its two-hour season finale on Tuesday.
