Since the only reason why Fuller House exists in the first place is to please nostalgic fans, there was no way “Everywhere You Look” woudln’t be used as the title song. Carly Rae Jepsen has been picked to cover the classic Full House opener.
Jepsen tweeted last night that she worked with producer Butch Walker to re-record “Everywhere You Look” for Netflix’s new series. Jesse Frederick performed the original recording, which was written with Bennett Salvay.
Fuller House is a 13-episode follow-up to the original Full House and will star Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber. It is set to debut on Feb. 23 and will also feature cameos from Lori Loughlin, Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and John Stamos. Sadly, the Olsen twins were too busy.
While waiting for Feb. 23, be sure to check out our interviews with Lori Loughlin and Candace Cameron Bure.
Jepsen is best known for the hit single “Call Me Maybe” and released her third album Emotion this summer.
